Doubt. We have all been there. I can only imagine that as the prophecies of the Old Testament were pronounced for the first time that there would be multiple eye rolls and “yeah right’s” from the crowd.
There can be nothing more deflating or heartbreaking then a lost friendship. Someone you have trusted, loved, shared memories with, shared history with, grown close with and then all of the sudden boom, the house crumbles and the jagged edges are left poking out all over the place.
How often does our fear cripple us from seeing God’s bigger picture? Division and fear…. some of the enemy’s greatest tools against us.
It cripples us. It steals our joy. It binds us in the “what if’s.” It holds us captive to the potential for hurt, devastation, and loss. It keeps us shaking our fists in frustration.
